Loads: gold "LIVE TRAINING · FREE" eyebrow + headline + date line + 3 benefit cards + signup form + testimonial slot.
2. Set the date + add scarcity
Edit the date line to YOUR real webinar time
Click the gold date row and type your actual webinar date + time + seat count:
📅 THURSDAY · 9 PM IST · 100 SEATS
Format that works:
- Day of week first — "Thursday" feels closer than "Nov 14"
- Time + timezone — IST/PST/EST, never UTC
- Seat cap — even if your software allows 5000, claim 100. Scarcity converts.
3. Write the 3 promise bullets
The 3 cards under the headline = the entire reason they show up
Each card should answer "What's the ONE specific thing I'll learn?" — not vague benefits, specific takeaways:
- ❌ "You'll learn how to grow your business"
- ✅ "The exact 4-page funnel architecture that converted cold traffic at 11.8%"
Use the existing icon pattern (🎯 ✍️ 💰) or swap to your own emojis. Bebas Neue caps on the headline, Inter on the body.
4. Add the seat counter
Two ways — pick one
Option A — Honest live counter: If your webinar software exposes a registration count API, add a Custom HTML block under the form that calls it. Updates every 30 seconds.
Option B — Manual update: Add a simple text line "87 of 100 seats remaining" below the form. Edit it manually as registrations grow. Less work, still creates urgency.
5. Wire the form + add to calendar
The form auto-routes to your TEE inbox — add a calendar invite via Email Engine
The webinar form (Name + Email + Question) already has data-tee-leadform. Submissions hit your Email Engine → Leads.
In Email Engine, set up an auto-reply for the "Webinar" segment that includes:
- Confirmation message
- Webinar date/time/timezone
- Calendar invite (.ics attachment) or "Add to Google Calendar" link
- Reminder schedule: 24h before · 1h before · 5min before
6. Add 1 testimonial + publish
Replace the placeholder testimonial with a real one — specific to your webinars

Save + Publish. URL becomes /u/{slug}/webinar-nov14/ — share via email, ads, social.
