How it works
Setup took about 25 minutes from signup to first send. You import a list (CSV or direct integration with 14 platforms), confirm DNS records (their wizard walked me through DKIM/SPF/DMARC), and write your first campaign in their editor.
The editor is split into three modes: plain text, visual, and AI-assist. AI-assist is the killer feature — you describe what you want to send, and it generates 3 variants matched to your previous campaigns' voice. Is Pro Email Engine better than ConvertKit?
Different. ConvertKit has more integrations and a longer track record. Pro Email Engine has the better AI editor and (in my testing) better deliverability. How does the AI voice-match actually work?
You upload past emails (or it pulls from a connected platform). The AI builds a "style fingerprint" — sentence length distribution, comma usage, opener patterns, hook archetypes. When you ask it to draft, it generates options that match your fingerprint within configurable strictness. You can debug what it learned and correct misreads.
What about deliverability if I'm new?
You start on a shared warm pool. After 30 days of consistent sending you can request a private IP (Scale plan). My warm pool deliverability was 94% inbox on Gmail, 91% on Outlook, 88% on Yahoo. Above industry average for a creator-tier platform.
